Episode 11 - RAAA National Convention Overview with Halla Ramsey

Episode 9 - Association Update and Marketing Series Introduction

This week on "Red Angus Remarks", Cory and Taylor exchange dialogue over July travels and provide an introduction to the first interview series offered on the podcast, focused on enhancing value through feeder calf marketing.

Feeder and Fat Cattle have been the focal point of July travel through visiting feedyards and attending Video Sales.
Feeder Calf Marketing Interview series begins next week.  Interviews include conversations with a livestock auction market representative, Superior Video Sales rep, a beef cattle nutritionist with a major livestock feed company, a large animal vet with expansive beef industry experiences, and Red Angus commercial producer enrolled in the FCCP program.

Episode 7 - Premium Red Baldy with Trey Befort

On this episode of "Red Angus Remarks", Taylor and Cory are joined with Trey Befort, Director of Commercial Programs for the American Hereford Association, to discuss the Premium Red Baldy program.  The Premium Red Baldy Program was designed as partnership between the AHA and RAAA to capitalize on Hybrid Vigor between the two breeds to produce premium replacement females.  Learn about the short history of the program, requirements for the program to enroll commercial females, and the benefits this program can offer commercial producers.  For questions or to enroll, please contact Trey Befort at the AHA or the RAAA's Value-Added department.
